Referral Reward Programme

Our referral reward programme, ‘Refer & Reward’ is our way of giving back and saying thank you to those who help us grow.  

If you know a business that could benefit from practical HR advice, compliance support, and access to HR software, we’d love an introduction.  

When your referral signs up to our retainer services, you’ll receive a £50 gift card, or, if you’re already a client, you can choose a £50 gift card or a £50 credit to your account. 

It’s our way of rewarding those who connect us with businesses that would benefit from reliable HR support.

Referral Process

 

  • Make an Introduction: Put your contact directly in touch with us by emailing rewards@lomarton.com, and we’ll handle the rest!
  • Successful Sign-Up: Once the business signs a retainer agreement and pays their first invoice, you qualify for a reward.
  • Receive Your Reward:
    • £50 gift card for succesful referral
    • Existing or new retainer clients may choose either a £50 gift card or a £50 account credit.

Referral Programme Rules 

 

  1. Referrals must be a personal introduction, not just a name or company. Please connect your contact to us directly rather than simply sharing their details. 
  2. The referred business must not already be in contact with us. 
  3. Rewards are only issued once the referred business signs a retainer agreement and the first invoice has been paid. 
  4. Rewards are unlimited – you earn one for every successful new referral. 
  5. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  6. The rewards scheme is open to UK residents only. 
  7. In case of multiple referrers for the same business, the first valid introduction is rewarded. 
  8. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company or organisation, the decision of Lomarton is final. 
  9. Referral rewards are not valid alongside any other promotional offer. 
  10. We reserve the right to update or withdraw the program at any time.
